In view of deteriorating air quality in the national capital, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has urged the Delhi government to shut all schools till air quality improves. The warning came as Delhiites woke up to a thick envelope of smog as air quality in the national capital and in adjoining regions, dipped into severe category again.
