A police officer died in an accident after his motorcycle fell into a drain construction site on Jatola-Khandewala road in Farrukhnagar. The contractor responsible for the drain construction work has been booked for alleged negligence. The deceased person?s brother has filed an FIR against the contractor under Section 304A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal Code.
