Police arrested a man from an ashram in Hastinapur for allegedly killing a head constable of Delhi Police. The accused, who claimed to be a practitioner of black magic, was identified as Ganeshanand. The victim had been in touch with Ganeshanand for over a year and had asked him to eliminate his wife using black magic. The accused took the victim to a village near the Ganga, where he attacked him with a sharp weapon and threw his body, mobile phone and motorcycle into the river. The search for the victim’s body is still ongoing.
