Fresh violence erupted in Bihar’s Nalanda district and Sasaram town of Rohtas, leaving a 16-year-old dead and several injured. The unrest followed communal clashes during Ram Navami processions, with the Nalanda administration imposing a curfew and internet services suspended in both districts. At least 80 people have been arrested, and nine companies of paramilitary forces are trying to control the situation. In Rohtas, a bomb explosion occurred in a hut near a mosque, injuring six people.
