This year, the Shri Amarnath Yatra has set a new record with more than 1 lakh pilgrims visiting the holy mountain cave of Lord Shiva within the first five days of the pilgrimage. The Shrine Board reports that the total number of visitors has surpassed all previous records, reaching 1,05,282 by July 3.
