The NIA court has issued proclamation orders against JeM commander Ashiq Ahmad Nengroo and active militant Reyaz Ahmad Dar, giving them 30 days to surrender. Nengroo is in Pakistan and is accused of running terror activities from there. He was designated as a terrorist by the Centre last year under the UAPA.
