Court officials said that the cases which were old and not heard for a long time were segregated and scheduled for hearing during the special drive. They said in the last two to three months, they had prepared a list of cases, which were held up due to absence of one of the two parties. The courts began the process of segregating the cases, issuing notices to the parties to appear before the court.
